Purva Park Hill

Saw a video on Purva Park Hill in South B'lore. They're showing 2 & 3 BHKs starting from 85 Lacs. It's off Kanakapura Main Road, pretty close to NICE Ring Road. The video highlights luxury, sundecks, and that tri-deck design, plus a huge clubhouse. But honestly, 85 Lacs for a 2BHK in that spot feels a bit high to me. I'm not sure if the amenities totally justify that starting price. What do you guys think about the value for money here?

Purva Park Hill — kids have moved out, so we're looking for something smaller, low maintenance. Saw a 2BHK there. Society acha lag raha hai but maintenance charges ₹6/sqft bol rahe hain. Is it worth it for the services? Clubhouse bhi bada hai, but log use karte hain ya bas show-off ke liye hai? Don't want to pay for ghost facilities, yaar. Any residents here?

Upgrading from my 2BHK, eyeing Purva Park Hill. Do promised amenities like clubhouses actually get delivered and used daily? Or are they just brochure bait? My current building's maintenance vs. service is a joke.

Investing from Dubai, construction quality in Bengaluru is my main concern. Purva Park Hill looks good online, but actual build quality and amenity delivery? Can't do site visits. How does poor finishing affect resale ya tenant attraction? Is the promised clubhouse facility really maintained? Opinions needed.
