Gurgaon real estate – I'm really struggling to decide between Inder Realty Zone 500 41 and Pyramid Urban 67A. One's luxury, the other budget-friendly. My parents keep saying location for rental potential is key. Is the huge price difference for Inder Realty justified by better rental income or resale value down the line? Also, any thoughts on floor plan efficiency between these for a small family?
Resale of our big house is almost done, and now we're looking for a smaller, manageable flat. Pyramid Urban 67A, Sector 67A, looks interesting. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place. I'm wondering about the actual daily life here. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it genuinely good to live in, ya sirf paper pe accha hai? Also, maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly, any idea? Near-by hospitals ka access kaisa hai? Please share your experience, especially if you live there.
₹75 lakh for a 2BHK at Pyramid Urban 67A seemed reasonable, but the *actual* total cost, with stamp duty and interiors, is way higher than advertised. We're also considering JMS Prime Land, but its under-construction status makes me nervous about possession delays and hidden PLC charges. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby and safety for the kids. Honestly, isn't the ready-to-move premium at Pyramid worth it to avoid the JMS Prime Land gamble? Yaar, both feel too expensive once you add everything.
