₹37.5 lakh mein Shivoy ka 2BHK liya, March mein possession mila. Do mahine ho gaye hain. Clubhouse abhi fully functional nahi, kids play area chhota laga. Market aur school paas hain, that's good. Parking ka issue lag raha hai. Kya aap log ko bhi aisa laga? Overall, daily living experience kaisi hai?
Honestly, I'm finding this 3BHK upgrade search tougher than I thought. Currently in a 2BHK near Vaishali, I'm looking at Rajvansh Shivoy High Street for a 3BHK. The price, around ₹37-38L, seems tempting, but I'm really concerned about daily livability. Is it genuinely a good home for families ya sirf on paper achha hai? Kids ke school options nearby kaise hain, aur Noida commute ka kya scene hai? Also, their 3BHK layouts – is the carpet area efficient? Sometimes spaces look big but feel small. What's the community vibe like? Already have a home loan, so this upgrade needs to be sahi. Any real resident experiences to share?
₹37 lakh for a 2BHK at Rajvansh Shivoy High Street, and I'm honestly confused. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Everyone talks about the 'high street' vibe, but is it genuinely liveable daily? Yaar, brochures always show amazing amenities, but off the record, kitni useful hoti hain? Kids ke school, daily groceries, hospitals – nearby kitna practical hai sab? I'm worried about the super area vs carpet area games too; will the actual space feel cramped? I know what builders don't tell you. Is this project just good on paper, ya fir sahi mein family ke liye achha hai? Should I consider alternatives at this price point? Change my mind.
