Honestly, I'm finding this home search for a 3BHK for my family way more stressful than I thought. ROF Insignia Park 2 ka floor plan dekh raha tha. Carpet area efficiency kitni hai actually? Builders paper pe toh bada dikhate hain, but practical space kitni milti hai for kids and all? Aur possession ke time koi hidden issues toh nahi aaye? Daily life wahan kaisi hai, especially schools nearby?
Did some virtual tours of Gurgaon projects last night. I'm in Dubai, so can't visit. ROF Insignia Park 2 versus Sobha Crescent, builder trust issue hai. Sobha ka naam bada, but ROF ke floor plans mein usable space better lag rahi hai. NRI ke liye, kaunsa builder reliable hai for delivery and layout promises? Any actual experiences?
Is ROF Insignia Park 2 genuinely good for daily living, or just brochure talk? I sell flats, but buying for myself is tough. What's the actual carpet area efficiency there? No super area games, please. Also, how are the noise levels and air quality? Need honest resident opinions, off the record.
₹78 lakh for a 2BHK at ROF Insignia Park 2 looked okay initially, but then I found out about the *actual* total cost. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I are downsizing. Don't need such a big place anymore, just something manageable with good hospital access nearby. But yaar, builders often quote 'all-inclusive' but then you find so many hidden charges. PLC, OC, IFMS... it adds up! Is it just me, or do you guys always ask for a full cost breakdown *in writing* before even considering?
