On the other hand, The Kuldeep Enclave Sohna Road is completed and way cheaper, like ₹36L - ₹1.35 Cr. My question is, isn't a ready flat like Kuldeep Enclave a better investment for a 5-year appreciation? You know the total cost upfront. What's the real ROI difference? Change my mind.
