Did a site visit to Shiv Krishna Valley last Saturday, looking for a 3BHK for my growing family. Honestly, the brochure showed this amazing, sprawling kids' play area, right? But what we saw was just a tiny patch of concrete, practically in the parking lot. It's not safe at all, and my wife's priority is a genuinely usable space for our children. Feels like a total bait and switch. I'm worried about kids' school admission too, a good neighborhood needs real facilities. Has anyone else felt this misled about amenities, especially play areas? What did you do?
Just moved into Shiv Krishna Valley last month, possession was in March. Honestly, things nobody told me before... Water supply kaafi erratic lag raha hai, especially subah. Is it just my tower or poore society ka issue hai? Kabhi-kabhi pressure bohot low hota hai. Aur elevators ka response time kaisa hai? Lagta hai maintenance thoda slow hai. Kya kisi ko first-hand experience hai with these daily operational challenges? Should I raise this with the RWA, or is this normal for new societies?
Power backup in Noida projects is a joke, honestly. Just got possession of my Shiv Krishna Valley flat and the 'full backup' they promised is barely for common areas. This massively impacts tenant attraction and resale value, right? Not sure how to factor these hidden operational issues into ROI. Anyone else facing this?
Is the Shiv Krishna Valley clubhouse actually used by anyone? Moved in a year back from a 2BHK, and honestly, for the premium, the promised amenities feel underutilized. Maintenance charges are steep, but the facilities often seem empty. Did I just expect too much from the upgrade?
₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Shiv Krishna Valley – is it worth the premium? Currently in a 2BHK, I'm eyeing upgrades. Worried about construction quality affecting resale value down the line. Do amenities like the clubhouse really attract better tenants or just inflate maintenance? What's your experience with long-term ROI here?
Are snag lists after possession in Noida projects actually taken seriously by builders? Kids toh ab nikal gaye, so I'm thinking of selling our big house and moving to a smaller, manageable flat, maybe in Shiv Krishna Valley. Visited a few places, brochure mein sab accha lagta hai. But I'm worried about the real construction quality once you move in. Friends have told me about seepage issues, fittings breaking within months. Also, water supply ka kya scene hai? Don't want to depend on tankers daily, especially with health issues. Is full-time, reliable water supply standard ya it's a constant struggle? Any experiences with builders actually fixing post-possession issues promptly? Ya fir sab bas promises hi hain?
Honestly, I'm finding this upgrade search tougher than expected. Shiv Krishna Valley mein parking ka kya scene hai? Reserved milta hai ya lottery? Aur water supply reliable hai kya, ya tanker dependency?
Honestly, I thought being in real estate would make buying my own place easier, but Noida mein it's a whole different game. Investor hoon, so long-term value dekh raha hoon, not just the glossy brochures. Shiv Krishna Valley mein interest hai, but real-world security systems ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh 24/7 CCTV, manned gates sab likha hota hai, but actual implementation kitni strong hoti hai? For tenants, especially families, security is a huge factor. Koi experience share karo please. Aur parking allocation ka bhi concern hai – lottery system ya reserved spots? Agar tenant ko parking ka issue ho, toh it affects rentability. Resale value pe bhi fark padta hai. Kya kisi ko actual ground reality pata hai?
I thought I did my homework on Shiv Krishna Valley, but ab lag raha hai kuch miss kar diya. Brochure mein toh itna lush green area dikhaya tha, pura garden-feel. My parents always said open spaces are important for mental peace, esp. in a city like Noida. But site visit pe bas concrete hi concrete dikh raha hai. Thoda bohot grass hai, woh bhi small patches mein, buildings ke beech mein. Samajh nahi aa raha, kya yeh sirf marketing gimmick hai ya baad mein develop karte hain? Yahan toh lag raha hai bas towers hi towers hain, open space kaafi limited. Jin logon ne yahan already property li hai, unka kya experience hai? Kya future mein green areas improve hote hain ya jo dikh raha hai wahi final hai? First-time buyer hoon, toh honestly not sure what's normal. Koi tips on what to look for when they promise 'landscaped gardens'?
₹60k EMI, but Shiv Krishna Valley's rental yield is pathetic. Just got possession; only getting ₹25k. Investor ratio feels high, making future resale a real worry. Change my mind.
