Is anyone else fed up with Ghaziabad maintenance charges? Okay I'll say what no one says: builder promised so much for Shriram North View, but monthly charges for my 2BHK are high, and service is average. Planning to upgrade to 3BHK, but is the price jump worth paying even higher maintenance for the same facilities? Change my mind.
Construction quality in Ghaziabad is a huge gamble, it's making me so nervous. I'm considering Shriram North View Apartment for my first investment property. My parents keep saying builder ka reputation aur construction quality sabse important hai. But I hear so many horror stories about promised amenities not being delivered – like the fancy clubhouse ending up just an empty hall, ya gym equipment low-grade. Logon ke flats mein cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues ek saal mein hi aa jaate hain. Matlab, itna invest karne ke baad bhi agar aisi problems aayengi toh long-term ROI ka kya hoga? Resale value aur maintenance costs pe bhi toh impact padega. Has anyone here bought in Shriram North View? What was your experience with their construction quality and actual amenity delivery? Any red flags to look for during site visits?
