Shubhkamna Lords, Noida Extension mein investment ka kya scene hai? Project completed hai, but I'm looking at it for long-term ROI. Has anyone tracked its capital appreciation since launch? Matlab, kitna price jump hua hai? Also, actual rental yield kya mil raha hai wahan pe? Not brochure numbers, real world figures. And lastly, resale market kitna liquid hai? Easy to exit in 5-7 years, ya phans jayenge? Any first-hand investor experiences would be super helpful.
