Clubhouse abhi tak fully operational nahi hai, gym mein bhi basic equipment hain. ₹2 Cr+ dekar I expected much better. This directly impacts rental appeal and future resale value, right? Not just daily living. Jab builder ne dikhaya tha tab sab perfect lag raha tha. Is this common for new societies? Ya sirf mere block mein hi yeh issue hai? Matlab, for this price, I'm feeling cheated. What's the point of high price per sqft if the promised facilities aren't there? Any advice on next steps?
