Also, that huge 46k sq ft Club Waverly with a temperature-controlled pool sounds amazing. But, is the connectivity really that good right now? And Gurugram mein itne bade clubs ka maintenance kitna hota hai? For 6.7 Cr starting, I'm thinking about the actual ground reality. What's your take on the infrastructure claims?

Has anyone faced real issues with construction quality at Sobha Altus after a year or two? I'm an agent, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. The brochures look great, but I'm worried about what happens post-possession. I've seen too many Gurugram projects where cracks appear, or fittings fail quickly. How are the maintenance charges there? Are they charging a bomb for services that aren't even up to scratch? For example, is the power backup full flat or just common areas? What about parking, is it a mess? I'm trying to avoid those hidden headaches. Any honest experiences?
