Sobha Aranya Phase 1 Sohna mein dekh raha hu. Last project 8 mahine late tha, extra EMI lagi. Sobha ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Time pe possession milega ya wahi delay?

Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing Sobha Aranya Phase 1. Everyone praises the luxury, but is it actually livable daily? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Genuinely worth 8.5 Cr+ for daily life, ya sirf marketing hype? Change my mind.

Just watched this video on Sobha Aranya at Karma Lakelands, Sector 80. Those G+43 and G+46 towers sound pretty wild for a golf course community, don't they? It's a huge project, 270 acres total, and they're building these super tall buildings with forest and golf views. Connectivity looks solid too, near NH-48 and Dwarka Exp. What's everyone's take on super high-rise living inside such a green, low-density area like Karma Lakelands? Is that combo actually a big USP or just different?
