Is the listed price for Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency ya Sapthagiri Sky Garden actually what we pay? Log bolte hain carpet area mein bohot farak hota hai. Anyone checked real sqft vs advertised?
Is anyone else fed up with how builders quote per sqft, then the usable space is a joke? I'm finally done with renting and looking at Sapthagiri Sky Garden vs. Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency. Everyone glorifies the *advertised* price, but nobody talks about the actual carpet area efficiency. Sky Garden seems to give more usable space for its price range, while Nanjundeshwara feels like a premium for less actual living. Total cost of ownership, including PLC and interiors, really changes things. Am I crazy for thinking Sky Garden offers better value for money despite the lower base price? Disagree? Tell me why.
Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency ka carpet area expectations se kam hai. Just moved in, 2.5 BHK feels so small. Is this common for new Bangalore projects? What's your layout efficiency experience?
My loan for Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency just went through. For upcoming projects, always check amenity brand specs and maintenance plans *before* final payment. Brochure images are often misleading. What hidden costs did others find?
₹1.5 crore for an upcoming project like Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency? Yaar, I'm really not sure. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and need something compact, low-maintenance. But everyone glorifies these new builds. I'll say what no one says: are these 'upcoming' projects actually livable daily, or just good on paper? What about the hidden maintenance costs and hospital access? Disagree? Tell me why.
Visited a couple of projects for my cousin last weekend. Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency upcoming hai, aur Sattva Signet ongoing. My own place ka possession mila kuch months pehle, aur ab soch raha ki builder ka track record kitna important hai. Sattva ka naam suna hai, but Sri Nanjundeshwara ke baare mein zyada nahi pata. What's your take on their investment potential for 5 years, especially rental wise?
Bengaluru projects — I'm looking at Raj Bay Vista (ongoing, ₹1.57 Cr) and Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency (upcoming, ₹1.23-1.81 Cr). I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Not sure if the upcoming project's initial lower price is worth the possession risk and future cost escalations like PLC and interiors. Builders often hide these. For a 5-year appreciation, which one makes more sense? Kya lagta hai, community? Which would you pick?
My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids, but I'm torn between upcoming and ongoing projects. Everyone glorifies under-construction deals, but the ghost society risk with projects like Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency worries me. Goyal Orchid Bloomsberry feels safer. Builder ka track record bhi toh dekho. Change my mind.
My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally serious about buying in Bangalore. Looking hard at Sri Nanjundeshwara Residency, the upcoming project. Price seems decent, around ₹1.23 Cr for a 2 BHK. Everyone talks about pre-launch discounts, but I feel like the current price already bakes in all the appreciation. Is there even any capital appreciation left if I buy now? And what about the investor-to-end-user ratio here? Don't want to end up in a ghost society, honestly. The builder's track record for timely delivery seems a bit... average. How much under-construction risk am I really taking? Will they actually hand over on time, or will it be years of delays and forgotten promises? Change my mind, but I think many investors are just buying into hype without looking at the real numbers. Is this project genuinely a good investment for long-term ROI, or just another average bet? Disagree? Tell me why.
