Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house. Looking at smaller flats in Noida, something manageable. I'm seeing Supertech Eco Village which is ready to move. Swaraj Homes Bharat Petroleum Apartment is still under construction, right? Honestly, I'm scared of getting stuck with delayed possession. Heard too many horror stories. Matlab, builder ka track record matters a lot. Plus, resale bhi dekhna hai eventually. Which one would be easier to sell later on, you think? Supertech ka maintenance charges kya hai? That's important for retirees like us. Also, hospital proximity is key. Any thoughts on which project is better for senior citizens? What's the registry process like for these? My kids' school admission is priority. Jain Homes Phase 2 sahi hai, near Noida, but Supertech Eco Village in Greater Noida, far. Resale mein, which is better? Carpet area toh Jain Homes mein kam hai, but maybe better ROI? Need 3BHK, safe for children. Any thoughts?
