India's First Real Estate Community

My landlord hiked the rent again, I'm seriously fed up of renting. Looking at Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar Pocket A, around ₹1.35 Cr. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks nice on paper? What's the amenity reality there; are they actually useful? Also, how's the neighbourhood quality, like schools and markets nearby? Worried about the actual community feel.
Honestly, I thought buying a flat would be simpler, but the hidden costs are crazy. Just moved into Apex River View last month, and the ₹2.63 Cr price tag was just the start. Stamp duty, registration, then interiors... total kharcha bahut zyada ho gaya. Meri friend Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar dekh rahi hai, usmein toh possession ka bhi risk hai. Ready-to-move ka peace of mind sahi hai, but under-construction mein kya total cost ownership mein savings hoti hain? Yaar, Swaraj Homes ka actual status aur extra costs koi bata sakta hai?
₹40,000 rent for 6 years is too much, finally investing. Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar Pocket A, ₹1.35 Cr, looks interesting. I need investor insights. What's the realistic capital appreciation and rental yield here? Is the resale market liquid? Don't want my money stuck in a ghost society.
Visited Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar Pocket A last Saturday. We're looking for a 3BHK for the family, kids ke liye achhi facilities chahiye. Brochure mein clubhouse aur kids play area bohot impressive laga. Par actual mein kitna usable hota hai yeh sab? Swimming pool bhi dikhaya, but woh bas showpiece toh nahi ban jaata na after possession? Unka maintenance charge bhi kaafi high laga. Kya service quality uske barabar hoti hai for that amount? Yaar, is it truly value for money? Koi apna experience share kar sakta hai?
Sukhdev Vihar, looking for 3BHK. Builders push CCTV, but real security for kids means checking visitor management, guard quality. Patrolling kaisa hai? Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar mein yeh sab practical mein kaisa hai? Any parents can share their experience about daily safety?
Honestly, I thought buying a flat was the hard part, but living in it is a whole other challenge. Just moved into Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar Pocket A a couple of months back. Abhi se, walls mein hairline cracks dikhne lage hain yaar, it's barely been 3 months. Fittings bhi thode loose feel hote hain. As an investor, I'm genuinely worried about future maintenance costs aur iska resale value pe kya impact hoga. Matlab, tenant bhi toh quality dekhenge na. And the maintenance charges... they're quite high, but the clubhouse amenities, like the gym, are hardly ever used. Mostly ghost facilities lagti hain. Is it really worth paying a premium for these unused amenities? Do they actually attract better tenants ya just inflate prices?
Just moved into Swaraj Homes Sukhdev Vihar last month and already seeing minor cracks and some fitting issues. It makes me wonder about long-term maintenance costs and resale value. Also, the promised clubhouse facilities aren't fully operational. Does this impact tenant attraction? What are others' experiences with actual delivered quality vs. brochures?
