Did a site visit to Antriksh Golf Links last Saturday, felt pretty solid. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK now. Antriksh is completed, which is a big plus, but Swastik AVS Infra Homes is upcoming and looks cheaper on paper. Is the premium for ready-to-move really worth it, or should I risk Swastik AVS for potentially better 5-year appreciation? What's the community's take for someone already with a home loan?
