Takshshila Apartments — my wife and I are seriously considering a 3BHK here for our growing family. Our current place is too small, kids ko space nahi milta. Price range ₹97.91 L se ₹1.48 Cr seems reasonable. But is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas brochures mein achha lagta hai? Neighbourhood mein acche schools hain kya around? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya isolated? My main concern is safety and a good community for the kids. Has anyone lived there long-term, what's your experience?
Since January I've been checking out properties in Delhi for investment, and Takshshila Apartments in New Delhi caught my eye. It's completed, which is a big plus for me, no construction delays ka tension. But I'm honestly not sure about the ROI potential here. Current price range is ₹97.91 L to ₹1.48 Cr. Is this valuation justified? What kind of rental yield can one realistically expect from a 2/3 BHK there? I'm worried about capital appreciation too, has it seen good growth post-completion? Any real experiences with its resale market? Matlab, is it easy to sell if needed? My parents keep saying location is key, but I need solid numbers. Koi insight hai toh please share karo.
Did a site visit to Takshshila Apartments last month, and honestly, I'm questioning the real investment potential. Broker ne toh bade rental yields promise kiye the, but my calculations show actual rental income barely hits 2.5%. Delhi mein, yeh ROI kam hai. Jo invest kar chuke hain, what's your actual yield? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Worried about capital appreciation.
