Came across this review for Tata La Vida Phase 2 in Sector 113, Gurugram. It's looking pretty good! The video highlighted its low-density layout, massive 66,000 sq ft clubhouse, and proximity to Dwarka Expressway. Resale starts around ₹15,000 per sqft, with partial possession since Dec 2022. Honestly, I'm comparing it with a few other projects in Gurugram. Do you guys think ₹15k/sqft is good value here? Are there better options nearby I should check out?

₹3.35 Cr for Tata La Vida Phase 2. Compared to Conscient Elevate at ₹5 Cr, under-construction projects mein quality issues pehle hi dikh jaate hain. Ready-to-move mein sab chhupa dete hain. Change my mind.
Tata La Vida Phase 2 ka possession date abhi tak clear nahi hai. Brochure mein toh sab gold dikhaya tha, but lagta hai bas paper pe hi good hai. Kitne log yahan se hain? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Gym, pool sab ready hai ya bas talk? Schools aur daily needs ke liye nearby options kaise hain? Honestly, I'm getting worried ki daily life mein kitni problem hogi.
