India's First Real Estate Community

Just got possession of my 3BHK at The Center Court in Sector 42 a few months back, and honestly, the initial buzz is wearing off. Everyone glorifies 'premium projects' but nobody talks about the sheer investor ratio here. Matlab, half the flats seem locked or rented out to bachelors, which gives a proper ghost society feel after office hours. Is this high investor-to-end-user ratio going to kill our long-term capital appreciation? I'm worried the resale market will struggle big time. Who wants to buy into a community with no real community? What's the ground reality for rental yield, does it even justify the high price point? I bought for long-term growth, but ab lag raha hai thoda phans gaya. Disagree? Tell me why.
Checked The Center Court online from Dubai. What are the *actual* rental yields there? I'm worried about resale liquidity and overall capital appreciation. Is it investor heavy? Need ground truth.
Moved into The Center Court last month. Carpet area feels better than paper, a nice surprise. Society vibe is good for kids. But weekend noise levels high. Anyone else notice this?
My lease ends in 4 months; done with renting. Considering The Center Court. Is it genuinely good for daily life? Are the amenities truly useful, and what's the community vibe like?
Moved in March, and honestly, The Center Court ki price tag dekh ke lagta hai kya mila? Raheja Krishna ka maintenance bill aadha hoga. Sab bolte hain luxury, par kitne amenities use hote hain? Total cost of ownership mein bahut fark hai. Higher EMI sirf brand value ke liye? Change my mind.
