Since last Diwali, I'm considering upgrading from my 2BHK. For under-construction projects like Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta, I've started checking small details on site visits. Matlab, wall plaster finish, plumbing lines, electrical points. These early construction quality signs can become big headaches. Any other tips for identifying potential snags then? Hope this helps someone.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta dekh raha hoon. Site visit pe sab kuch bada amazing lag raha tha, brochure bhi mast tha. But sunne mein aa raha hai ki actual possession ke time kaafi cheezein waise nahi hoti jaisa dikhate hain. Jaise clubhouse facilities, swimming pool, gym – kya sach mein woh daily use ke liye functional hote hain ya bas showpiece? Mera ek friend bol raha tha uske project mein gym equipment jaldi kharab ho gaye. Promised amenities aur jo actual mein milta hai usme kitna fark hota hai? Like, dikhate hain full-fledged sports zone par milta hai chhota sa badminton court. Has anyone experienced this with Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta specifically? Ya any other Bangalore project mein? Is it worth paying for all these amenities if they're hardly usable ya fir maintenance issues ki wajah se band rehte hain? Thoda darr lag raha hai ki mera pehla ghar ka sapna kahin adhoora na reh jaaye.
25 years in our big house, kids gone. Now want a manageable 2BHK. Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta looks good, but maintenance charges ka kya hai? Is it worth it, yaar?
Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta mein construction quality ka kya haal hai? Just moved in last month, aur abhi se itni problems shuru ho gayi hain. Floor mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose ho rahe hain, ek jagah halka seepage bhi dikha. Builder ne toh bahut badi badi baatein ki thi quality ki, but ground reality toh bilkul alag hai. Honestly not sure what to do. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high hain, ₹5.5K for my 2BHK, but service ke naam pe zero lag raha hai. Lift kabhi kaam nahi karti, aur security guards bhi bas naam ke hain. Kya sab societies mein aisa hi hota hai Bangalore mein? Koi solution hai iska ya hum फस gaye hain?
₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Bangalore is a huge investment, especially with kids' school admissions coming up. We're looking at upgrading from our current 2BHK and saw Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta. On paper, amenities like the kids' play area and clubhouse looked fantastic. But I'm hearing stories now. A friend in another project mentioned seepage issues after just a year, and their 'premium' clubhouse is basically a ghost town. My wife's main priority is safety and usable facilities for the children. Are builders just showing fancy renders to sell? And what about maintenance charges? They always seem high, but do they actually deliver decent service? Is anyone actually getting what they paid for, or is it just constant disappointment after moving in? Not sure if we should trust any of these project brochures anymore.
