Trivor Urbania. Builders ke green area promises bas marketing hai. Actual site pe cramped gardens milte hain. I know the tricks. Real open space kahan hai? Change my mind.
Site visit kiya Trivor Urbania ka. Kids moved out, so I'm looking for a manageable flat. Clubhouse aur green areas dekh kar achha laga, but I'm wondering agar yeh sab actually use hota hai? Does the clubhouse stay active after a year? Aur landscaping, woh maintain hota hai ya bas initial show-off hai? Real experience kya hai?
Been looking for 8 months now, kids have moved out so need something manageable in Greater Noida. Trivor Urbania Luxury Apartment mein they showed great amenities. But I'm worried about promised vs delivered reality. Kya clubhouse, green areas jaise dikhaye the, waise hi hain? Or just for show? Want a genuine home. Has anyone else faced this?

Visited Trivor Urbania last Sunday. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Unka clubhouse aur sports facilities dikhne mein toh zabardast hain, but kya daily use hota hai?
