Okay, I'll say it: paying crores for Gaurs Platinum Towers seems insane! Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 45, Uniworld Gardens. Is the price jump worth it for 'luxury'? Carpet area kitna milega actually? Don't want 'brochure wali' amenities. Change my mind. Already have a home loan. Is it worth the extra EMI?
