I'm based in Dubai and can't visit Noida easily. Unnati Vesta Suites toh ready possession hai, right? But carpet area kam suna hai. Experion Elements mein delayed possession ka darr hai. Which one is better for rental income? Need property manager recs too. Change my mind.
I'm selling my big house, kids have moved out, and looking at a smaller flat in Noida. Saw Unnati Vesta Suites (ready) and ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards (under construction). Honestly not sure which way to go. Vesta is ready to move, which is great, but the carpet area seems smaller for the price. Pious Orchards looks good, but *kab milega* possession? Heard stories of delays. Is it worth the risk for a potentially better layout? Also, maintenance charges *ka kya scene hai* in Vesta? Want something manageable, *yaar*. Anyone compared these two closely? Which is better for resale later?
Dekho, I'm selling my big house now that the kids have moved out. Unnati Vesta Suites is ready to move, right? But Hark Sai Group is cheaper, though under construction. Kitna risk hai? My budget is tight after resale of existing property, so low maintenance is important. Also, hospital nazdeek hona chahiye. Which one is better for senior citizens?
Unnati Vesta is ready to move in, sahi hai. Earth Towne is cheaper, but under construction. Is the possession risk worth the lower price? Already have a home loan. What do you think?
Currently in a 2BHK in Noida, thinking of upgrading. Dridha Elite looks good, but Unnati Vesta Suites is ready to move. Has anyone compared carpet area in both? Is the extra cost for Dridha worth it for potentially more space? Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about actual maintenance charges in Vesta?
Since January I've been comparing Panchsheel Pratishtha and Unnati Vesta Suites. Unnati is completed, so no possession risk, but carpet area thoda kam hai from my understanding. Panchsheel offers potentially better rental yield because of the location. But builder ka track record kya hai? I've seen delayed projects before. Is the extra space worth the risk? Honestly not sure. Which would you recommend for a 5-year investment? What's the real price per sqft after adding all those PLC charges? Any thoughts?
Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big house anymore. Thinking of selling and buying a smaller flat in Noida. I'm looking at Panchsheel Pratishtha since it's ready to move. But Unnati Vesta Suites is cheaper. Is ready to move worth the extra cost, ya phir thoda risk leke Unnati Vesta Suites dekhu? Carpet area kitna milta hai actually, brochure mein toh bahut dikhate hai. Old age mein lift toh chahiye hi chahiye. Hospital nazdeek hona bhi important hai. Builder ka track record sahi hona chahiye. Any thoughts or experiences? Which one would you recommend for someone old like me?
