₹1.75 Cr for an upcoming project like Veena Apartments is making me so nervous. My family needs a bigger place, but this under-construction gamble... yaar, delivery pe trust nahi hota. Total cost mein kitna extra lagega, aur possession delay ka kya? Should I even consider it for my kids' future?
₹1.75 Cr for Veena Apartments— I'm honestly rethinking my decision. I work in real estate, I know the drill, but even I'm feeling cheated with this upcoming Veena project. Brochure mein swimming pool, gym sab dikhate hain, but on site visits, the actual quality looks so sub-par. Like, will anyone even use that tiny pool? I'm worried about the daily living experience; will it be genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? What about actual possession? Builders often show one thing and deliver another. Anyone else facing this with Veena Apartments' amenities? What did you find after moving in if you bought in their previous projects? Need some real talk here, off the record.
Maintenance charges in Pune are a complete rip-off sometimes, right? Veena Apartments mein bhi, bill toh heavy aata hai but service quality? Zero. I work in real estate, but even I feel cheated. Kya sab societies mein yahi haal hai, ya koi solution hai iska?
Since my kids moved out last year, I'm looking to sell our big house and move into something smaller, manageable in Pune. Veena Apartments ka brochure dekh ke toh sab kuch accha lagta hai, but real-world mein promised amenities kitni deliver hoti hain? Clubhouse, gym, pool... yeh sab actually use hota hai ya bas showpiece ban ke reh jaata hai? Society mein maintenance charges kitne hain aur uske against service kaisi milti hai? Honestly, don't want to pay high charges for things we won't use much. Koi experience share kar sakta hai is project ya similar projects ke baare mein? What about power backup and water supply?
Investor ROI gets hammered by shoddy construction, honestly. Many Pune flats, even Veena Apartments, show cracks after a year. Do amenities really justify premium pricing if core quality sucks for resale value?
