Saw a video about the Wave City plots in Ghaziabad, specifically Rosewoodenclave. I'm really trying to figure out if these Sec 7 plots are a solid long-term investment. With the location and County Group involved, I'm hoping for good appreciation and maybe some rental yield down the line. Wondering if the current pricing makes sense for future growth. What's your take on the investment potential here?
Looking for opinions on Wave City plots! I just saw this video covering approved plots in Phase 2 (Sec 15-18) right by the Delhi Meerut Expressway. It got me thinking about the whole Wave City area. I'm also looking at Sec 7 (Rosewoodenclave) and other Ghaziabad options. Does anyone think these Phase 2 plots offer better value than Sec 7 or other nearby projects? What's the general vibe on ROI here?
Wave City Sec 7 looks cheaper upfront, but is it *really*? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. Assotech VSNL Officers Apartment seems to offer more usable space. Is the higher price justified by that? Has anyone compared floor plans closely?
Wave City's Rosewoodenclave is almost double the price of Sai Upvan! Is the carpet area *really* that much better? Also, Sai Upvan is ready to move; no possession delay risk. What's the real ROI?
Kids have moved out, so resale of existing property is almost done. I'm thinking of buying a smaller flat in Noida. Wave City Sec 7 is ready to move, around 60L. Godrej Majesty is under construction in Greater Noida, costing much more, almost 2.5Cr! Carpet area wise, Wave City seems better. Is it worth the extra money for Godrej? Which one would be a better investment for resale after, say, 5 years? Honestly not sure which one to pick. Any suggestions?
Anchal Silver Oak Tower is still ongoing, right? Matlab, Wave City Sec 7 is ready to move. I work in real estate, and I know the OC delays are a headache. Is the lower price of Anchal worth the risk? Which project has a better resale value down the line? What's your experience?
Okay I'll be honest—I'm confused. YEIDA plots in Greater Noida offer more space, but Wave City mein flat ready to move hai. My wife's priority is kids' school, so which is better? Plot mein toh phir construction bhi karna padega. What does the community think? Help!
