These are popping up in popular spots like Siddharth Vihar, Raj Nagar Extension, and Chipiyana Buzurg, offering a ton of new options for every kind of homebuyer. It's exciting to see so much variety come up! Has anyone already managed to visit any of these new sites? What do you think, is this surge of new projects good news or bad news for buyers in Ghaziabad?
Windsor Majesty ka hype samajh nahi aa raha. ₹2.5 Cr tak jaa raha hai, but amenities bas paper pe achhi lagti hain. Real mein pool ya gym kitna useful hoga? Ghaziabad mein schools, hospitals, market connectivity daily life ke liye utni solid hai? Lagta hai bas premium marketing hai. Change my mind.
Ghaziabad mein property search karte karte kafi time ho gaya. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Humara current ghar bech ke ek compact flat lena hai, jo low maintenance ho aur hospital ke paas ho. Windsor Majesty upcoming hai, toh possession mein kitna time lagta hai? Ivory Tower ready hai kya? Builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially for timely delivery? Aur society formation, RWA ka kya scene hai in Ivory Tower? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?

Already have a home loan, so is the price jump for Windsor Majesty worth it after all the hidden costs like stamp duty, PLC, aur interiors? Kya total cost of ownership bahut zyada difference hoga? Also, in dono builders ka track record kaisa hai? Koi bata sakta hai on their past deliveries?
Windsor Majesty's current pricing, starting ₹2.12 Cr, for an upcoming project seems quite high. I'm concerned about the under-construction risk; builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, especially in Ghaziabad? Pre-launch se ab tak kitna price move hua hai, aur kya future capital appreciation ka scope hai? Is segment mein resale market kitni liquid hai? Investors, what are your thoughts on this project's long-term ROI?
