Chauhan Residency vs Regal Residency - space matters!
Anyone compared carpet area in Chauhan Residency versus Pride India Regal Residency? Brochures are so misleading. I'm seeing a huge difference between advertised and usable space, especially in 2BHKs. Frankly, Regal Residency feels cramped. Chauhan seems to offer slightly better layout, but is it worth the higher price? The data shows that carpet area efficiency impacts resale value a lot. From my experience, it's better to pay a bit more for space. Also, anyone know the actual maintenance charges in both? Heard Regal Residency has hidden costs popping up after OC. Need real user feedback, not just marketing fluff. Should I prioritize space over slightly lower initial cost?
Gardenia Grace mein itna price jump worth it hai?
Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Chauhan Residency looks affordable, but Gardenia Grace is almost double the price. Is the carpet area difference really that much better? Plus, it's ready to move, unlike Chauhan. Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Is the extra space and OC worth the bigger EMI? Any thoughts?
Ready to move in Noida worth the premium?
Honestly not sure if paying extra for ready possession is worth it. Chauhan Residency is cheaper, but under construction. The Antriksh Aralis is ready to move. Is avoiding possession risk really worth the higher price? My parents keep saying 'EMI aur rent together?', ab samajh nahi aa raha. What do you guys think?
Noida mein low maintenance society milna mushkil hai?
Okay I'll be honest – kids have moved out and I don't need such a big place anymore. I'm looking at Chauhan Residency and Jaypee Wish Town Klassic. Wish Town looks good, but the maintenance charges are probably crazy high. Chauhan Residency seems more affordable, but is it worth it? I want something manageable near a good hospital. Resale value bhi dekhna hai. Has anyone else faced this?
Considering Mahagun Moderne — is the premium worth it?
Currently in a 2BHK. Thinking of upgrading. Has anyone compared Mahagun Moderne to something like Chauhan Residency? Is the carpet area difference significant enough to justify the price jump? What about resale value?
