Ekanam is expensive, but Presithum ready hai. Carpet area kitna milega, woh dekhna hai. Is it worth paying extra for ready-to-move? What's resale potential like?
Ekanam's price is insane, NS Prime View is actually better?
Is anyone else shocked by Ekanam's starting price of 7.05 Cr? My budget is smaller, need a 3BHK in Noida, and NS Prime View Extension seems more realistic. Ready to move is a big plus for me; kids' school admission is priority. That under-construction gamble with Ekanam is risky, especially with the PLC charges they'll probably add later. Carpet area efficiency matters more than fancy amenities, honestly. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Has anyone compared the sqft price you *actually* pay in both?
