Eureka Park vs Galaxy Royale: Which Noida project is better?

Looking at Eureka Park and Galaxy Royale in Noida. Galaxy Royale is ready to move, but what's the resale value like compared to Eureka Park's potential ROI since it's newer? What do you think about the construction quality of Tata Value Homes versus the older construction of Galaxy Royale? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Eureka Park's amenities look great, but are the maintenance charges high? Is the location of either project better for connectivity to the metro or expressway?
