Grand Wellington better ROI than Marvella, fight me.

I'm upgrading from my current 2BHK. Maxblis Grand Wellington ka carpet area seems better than JMD Marvella Homes. Ready to move bhi hai. Is the higher price justified, considering the potential rental income? Marvella Homes is cheaper, but will it appreciate as much? Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Thoughts?

Gaurs Platinum Towers is just hype, JMD better ROI.

Honestly, Gaurs Platinum's price is crazy. JMD Marvella Homes seems better for rental yield. Carpet area efficiency matters more, right? Kisi ne compare kiya hai dono ko?

3BHK dreams in Noida... which one though?

Been checking out JMD Marvella Homes and Purvanchal Saket Dham. Marvella is cheaper, but Saket Dham seems more spacious. Wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Is the slightly higher price worth it for Saket Dham? Also, how are the maintenance charges in each? Any opinions?

Antriksh Grand View vs JMD Marvella: Which is better?

Controversial opinion: Antriksh Grand View's advertised rate is BS, right? Has anyone actually paid that price per sqft? JMD Marvella seems more realistic. Also, which one has better resale value, honestly? My parents keep saying location matters most. Change my mind, guys!

Supertech Crown vs JMD Marvella: Noida Investment?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and can't visit for site inspections. I'm looking at Noida for investment. What do you think about Supertech Crown Tower versus JMD Marvella Homes? JMD is ready to move, sahi? Supertech, not so much. Is the risk worth it for potential appreciation? Also, carpet area matters a lot. Which one gives more usable space? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar!

Noida: Antriksh Grand View vs JMD Marvella Homes - Help!

Hey guys, I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading. I've been looking at Antriksh India Grand View and JMD Marvella Homes. Grand View ka price is pretty high, but it's ready to move. JMD Marvella Homes is cheaper, but carpet area kitna milega? Has anyone experienced both? What do you think about the total cost of ownership, including stamp duty and interiors? Also, which one has better rental potential? I'm confused. Is the price jump worth it for Grand View? Mujhe advice chahiye. Already have a home loan, so EMI bhi dekhna hai. Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

Supertech Crown vs JMD Marvella: Which is better?

Crown Tower ka price per sqft sahi hai kya, compared to Marvella's ready-to-move flats? Carpet area efficiency kis mein zyada hai? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega, considering possession risk? Mujhe advice chahiye.
