ATS Pious Orchards: Brochure vs Reality? Help!
ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards dikhne mein toh kaafi achha lag raha hai, but under construction hai. NS Prime View Extension ready to move hai, which is tempting. Honestly not sure which way to go. Carpet area efficiency is a big deal for me. I'm looking for a 2BHK, and I want every sqft to count. Brochure mein toh sab kuch sahi dikhata hai, but kya actually same hai? Anyone who has visited Pious Orchards recently, how's the construction quality looking? And NS Prime View, is it worth the price? My parents keep saying ready to move is safer. Ab samajh nahi aa raha! Need some real opinions and experiences. What do you guys think?
Royal Residency or NS Prime View Extension: Which is better?
Tension ho rahi hai. Need help deciding between Royal Residency and NS Prime View Extension in Noida. My wife is adamant about ready-to-move because of kids' school admission next year. NS Prime View Extension is ready, but honestly, the carpet area feels smaller for the price they are asking. Like, where will we even put the extra stuff? RR is upcoming, better layout maybe. But possession dates ka kya bharosa? RR is cheaper upfront, but OC milne mein kitna time lagega? Plus, extra charges kitne lagenge? Anyone faced similar dilemma? What did you finally decide and why? I'm so confused sahi mein.
ATS Knightsbridge or NS Prime View Extension - which one?
Confused between ATS Knightsbridge and NS Prime View Extension. Knightsbridge is obv luxurious, but so expensive! Prime View Extension is ready to move, which is a plus. Investment ke liye, which has better ROI? Location wise, both are Noida mein. What does the community think?
Ekanam's price is insane, NS Prime View is actually better?
Is anyone else shocked by Ekanam's starting price of 7.05 Cr? My budget is smaller, need a 3BHK in Noida, and NS Prime View Extension seems more realistic. Ready to move is a big plus for me; kids' school admission is priority. That under-construction gamble with Ekanam is risky, especially with the PLC charges they'll probably add later. Carpet area efficiency matters more than fancy amenities, honestly. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Has anyone compared the sqft price you *actually* pay in both? Is Ekanam really worth that much more? I'm thinking resale value too. Thoughts?
Noida investment: Amrapali Crystal Homes ya NS Prime?
I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. Amrapali ka price high hai, but ready to move. NS Prime View Extension is cheaper. Is Amrapali worth the extra cost, considering rental potential? Koi idea hai?
Ready to move is always worth the premium.
I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. NS Prime View Extension vs Amrapali Crystal Homes... Crystal Homes is pricier. Is the higher price really worth it for ready-to-move? What's the community's take?
Ready to move is always better than under construction.
Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Royal Residency looks shiny, but it's under construction. NS Prime View Extension is ready to move. Peace of mind matters more than fancy amenities, right? EMI vs rent is making me crazy. Change my mind.
