Palm Olympia vs Sai Upvan: Investment perspective, confused!

Palm Olympia ka price is high, but Sai Upvan seems too far. ROI potential kisme zyada hoga? Sai Upvan's low price is attractive, but resale value kya hai?

Confused between Palm Olympia and Sai Upvan. Help!

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Already have a home loan, so EMI isn't a huge issue. Palm Olympia looks fancy, but the price jump is significant. Is it worth it compared to Sai Upvan? My main concern is carpet area - Palm Olympia seems to advertise a lot but what's usable? Sai Upvan is ready to move, which is a big plus, no risk of delays. Also, which one would be easier to rent out if needed? Honestly not sure if the amenities in Palm Olympia justify the extra cost. What does the community think? Which would you pick if you were in my position?

Palm Olympia vs Purvanchal — Amenities vs. Price?

Since January I've been trying to decide. Palm Olympia looks great, ngl, but it's way pricier. Purvanchal Oriental Insurance Apartments are cheaper, completed, but amenities are basic. Is Palm Olympia worth double the price for the clubhouse my kids might never use? Or is it better to save money and invest elsewhere?

Palm Olympia's brochure is a complete lie, beware!

Need a bigger space for the kids, so I'm looking at Palm Olympia. But yaar, the advertised price and the actual cost? Huge difference! PLC charges are insane. Dwarka Anamika Residency is upcoming, so can't compare. But Olympia seems like a trap. Is it even worth it? My wife's priority is a safe society. Anyone else facing similar hidden costs in Palm Olympia? What to do?
