Ready to move in Noida? Is it always better?

Kids have moved out, so I'm selling the big house. Gaurs Platinum Towers looks fancy but 8+ Cr? Thoda zyada hai for someone my age. Presidency Presithum is ready to move. Big plus. But builder reputation? Not sure. Everyone glorifies ready possession, but maintenance charges kitna hoga? And resale value after 5 years? Honestly not sure which way to go. Change my mind.

ATS Pious Hideaways - is the price justified?

ATS Pious Hideaways mein rate toh bhai bahut high hai. Like, seriously, almost 20 cr? Heard some people saying carpet area is less compared to what they promised. Anyone actually living there or has booked a flat? Is it worth the money? I mean, Presidency Presithum is ready to move, but ATS ka naam hai. Builder ka track record kya hai, kisi ko pata hai? Heard some horror stories about delays. My budget is stretching already. Not sure if I should take the risk with ATS for the brand value or just go for ready possession in Presithum. Ready to move in Noida: Which one wins?

Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at ready-to-move options in Noida to avoid possession delays. Narrowed it down to Presidency Presithum and Purvanchal Saket Dham. Saket Dham seems cheaper upfront, but what's the catch? Are the maintenance charges crazy high or something? Presithum looks decent, but I'm worried about carpet area efficiency; seems cramped in some layouts. Anyone living there who can share their experience? Also, between the two, which one has better metro connectivity for daily commute? Honestly not sure which one to pick for long-term investment and rental potential. What does the community think?
