Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Gurgaon. 3B Corner Hub looks interesting for investment, but its resale potential kya hai? Ongoing project hai, OC kab tak milega? Will it be easy to offload in 5-7 years for capital appreciation? Investor ratio high toh nahi? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, what's your take?

Project delivery ka experience kaisa raha hai? RERA status theek hai, but actual possession mein kitni delay hui? Neighbourhood mein maxar hospitals aur daily needs ki shops kitni paas hain? Maintenance charges kya hain for a 2BHK? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Any current residents can share?
Did anyone else find the maintenance and hidden charges for 3B Corner Hub a bit... high? My kids have moved out, so we're downsizing. I'm trying to figure out the actual total-cost beyond the base price. Builders often quote low, but then PLCs, club charges, IFMS sab add ho jaate hain. Kya kisi ne detailed breakdown nikala hai for 2BHK? Want something manageable.
