My main concern is long-term ROI. Log bolte hain Noida Extension mein rental yield utna strong nahi hai. Kya is project mein real rental potential hai, like kitna expect kar sakte hain per month for a 3BHK? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai? Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyer mil jayenge easily ya stuck ho jayenge? Builder ka delivery track record bhi dekhna hai. Koi experience share kar sakta hai? Ab samajh nahi aa raha ki itna invest karna sahi hoga ya nahi.

Visited Aims Golf Avenue 2 last weekend. The advertised price per sqft is one thing, but then they hit you with PLC, club membership, IFMS... My parents keep saying to check everything. 22 lakhs vs 90 lakhs – that's the difference between Gayatri Vatika and Aims Golf Avenue 2. I'm looking for a 3BHK, mainly keeping schools for the kids in mind.
