What's everyone's take on the ATS Destinaire construction update for Oct 2025? The video mentions they're 'on-track' for delivery, which is great. But seeing the progress in Sector 1, Greater Noida, with structural and finishing works still active, I'm honestly not sure if they'll hit the exact timeline. It looks pretty good, but still like there's a fair bit to do. Has anyone here bought into an ATS project that delivered exactly when they said 'on-track' this close to the date? Or is this typical builder speak? Curious about your experiences.
Saw this video about ATS Destinaire in Greater Noida West. Looks like they're quoting 2.44 Cr for a 3BHK near that Miyawaki forest. Location seems decent, close to the Sector 76 metro. They're saying possession is in Nov 2026... that's a long wait. Anyone have thoughts on appreciation potential in that area by then? Is the price justified considering the location and future rental yield? What are your takes on ATS as a builder for investment purposes?

I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. What's your take on Ace Starlit vs ATS Destinaire in Noida? ATS is obviously pricier. Is the carpet area efficiency much better to justify the cost? Also, which one has better resale potential in the long run, yaar? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Eldeco is ready to move, which is tempting, but ATS Destinaire looks fancier. What do you think? Has anyone experienced delays with ATS projects? I'm worried about possession.
