ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards ka possession timeline kya lagta hai? Builder ka track record delays ka hai kya? Time pe delivery nahi mili toh ROI ka kya hoga? Fed up of renting.
Moved into ATS Pious Orchards just three months back, and honestly, I'm still adjusting. Overall project delivery was okay, but ab daily life mein, I'm wondering if it's genuinely good. Amenities ka kya scene hai? The clubhouse looks great on paper but the pool is often crowded ya phir repair mein rehta hai. Kids play area bhi thoda chhota lagta hai for the number of families. Neighbourhood mein schools aur hospitals toh theek hain, but daily grocery ke liye market thoda door hai, which is a pain. Is it just me, ya phir yeh sab normal hai for new societies in Noida Extension? What's your first-hand take on the actual livability here, especially with ongoing construction noise?
Possession ATS Pious Orchards ka March mein mila. ₹50k extra demand kiya finishing ke liye jo brochure mein included tha, pata nahi kaisa scene hai. Society maintenance bhi ₹6.5/sqft bol rahe, which is way higher than promised. Amenities bhi utne functional nahi lag rahe. Kya sabko same issue face hua hai ya bas mere saath hi?
Everyone glorifies ready-to-move like Logix Blossom Greens, but are we ignoring the real appreciation potential of UC projects? I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at Logix Blossom Greens vs ATS Pious Orchards in Noida Extension. Logix is ready, sure, but is that higher entry price for ATS Pious Orchards actually a better 5-year investment? I'm thinking the UC gamble on ATS might pay off more long-term, especially with its higher price range. Logix already has an established community, which is good, but does it mean less growth? And what about the investor vs end-user ratio? Don't want a ghost society. Change my mind, people. Is Logix Blossom Greens genuinely the smarter buy or is the ATS appreciation worth the wait?
Fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards, but scared of delays. Elixir Windz is ready, but carpet area seems less. Should I risk it for better space?
Elixir Windz toh ready hai, but resale value? ATS Pious Orchards under construction hai. Kya sahi rahega? Possession mein kitna time lagega? Honestly not sure.
Hark Sai Group is pretty cheap, but ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards looks nicer. I work in real estate, so I know under-construction can be risky. Possession late hua toh? But Hark Sai seems basic. Is saving money worth the risk of ATS delay? What do you guys think?
Need some advice on Noida projects. I'm looking at Panchsheel Pratishtha and ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards. My wife's priority is safety for the children, so security features are key. Has anyone lived in Panchsheel Pratishtha? How's the RWA and overall maintenance? It's ready to move, which is a plus, but is it worth the price premium compared to ATS? Pious Orchards is under construction, so a bit risky, but the advertised price is tempting. Not sure about the actual cost after adding PLC and all those extra charges. Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about the green area in both? Need at least a 3BHK with enough open space for the kids. Which one would you recommend for a family?
I'm selling my big house, kids have moved out, and looking at a smaller flat in Noida. Saw Unnati Vesta Suites (ready) and ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards (under construction). Honestly not sure which way to go. Vesta is ready to move, which is great, but the carpet area seems smaller for the price. Pious Orchards looks good, but *kab milega* possession? Heard stories of delays. Is it worth the risk for a potentially better layout? Also, maintenance charges *ka kya scene hai* in Vesta? Want something manageable, *yaar*. Anyone compared these two closely? Which is better for resale later?
ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards looks good on paper, but honestly, who knows when possession will *actually* happen? Elixir Windz is ready to move, that's a big plus. I'm hearing carpet area is way better in older projects. Is the risk of under-construction worth the slightly lower price? Anyone have recent experience with ATS timelines? Not sure if I should just stick to something that's already built. What's your take?
