What do you guys think about ATS Triumph on Dwarka Expressway? I just saw a video showing it as a 'Premium Signature Collection' from ATS in Sector 104. It looks nice, but I'm wondering if the premium is really justified. Are there better value options around Gurugram right now, or does ATS Triumph stand out for you?
Came across this video about ATS Triumph in Sector 104, Gurugram, and it got me thinking about its investment potential. It's 3/4 BHKs on Dwarka Expressway, 12 acres with over 7 acres of greenery, designed by Hafeez Contractor. Sounds premium. I'm wondering about the future appreciation here. Given the location and low-density feel, do you guys think the pricing makes sense for a good rental yield or strong capital appreciation long-term? What's your take on its ROI?
₹95 lakh for my ATS Triumph flat, but my 3 site visits weren't enough. Now I see issues. Seriously check raw construction quality: rebar, uneven plastering, drainage slopes. It affects long-term maintenance and resale value. Hope this helps.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I'm super confused about project choices in Mohali. We're seriously considering ATS Triumph for a 3BHK. My wife's main priority is safe, usable outdoor space for our growing kids. For anyone living there, how's the children's play area really? Is it actually well-maintained and big enough, or just a token space? Also, are the overall green areas sufficient for kids to run around freely, or do they feel cramped? Worried about security too, like if CCTV covers those areas properly.
Since kids moved out last year, we're looking for a smaller flat. ATS Triumph Mohali mein dekh rahe the. Society achhi lag rahi hai, but clubhouse facilities ka kya scene hai? Matlab, actual mein use hoti hain ya bas show-piece hai? Humhein ek active community chahiye. Elderly log enjoy kar paate hain kya wahan?
Visited ATS Triumph Mohali last week, and the amenities list is pretty long. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm trying to look beyond the shiny brochures. My big question is about amenity-reality for investors. Hum sabko pata hai ki builders amenities ka hype karte hain, but do these really translate into better rental yields ya higher resale value? Matlab, clubhouse, swimming pool, sports facilities, are they actually used by tenants regularly, ya bas maintenance cost badhate hain? Especially for someone looking for good ROI and tenant attraction. Off the record, what's the ground reality for these premium amenities? Do they justify the PLC? Would love to hear real experiences. Koi tips on how to evaluate this for investment? Koi aur tips hain toh share karna!
₹1.5 Cr for ATS Triumph 3BHK, brochures mein amenities killer dikhte hain. As a RE professional, real construction quality after a year matters. Cracks, seepage ka kya scene hai? Clubhouse, pool kitna use hota hai? Investor ke liye, ye "premium amenities" sirf marketing gimmick hain ya real value add? Change my mind.
ATS Triumph mein clubhouse facilities ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh Olympic-size pool aur gym dikhaya tha, but reality check mein kitna functional hai? Aur construction quality ka kya haal hai? Suna hai kuch flats mein seepage issues aa rahe hain after a year. I work in real estate, but for my own place, I want honest feedback. Kya yeh sirf marketing hype tha?
Okay I'll say what no one says — ATS Triumph's investor appeal is probably overstated now. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits can't happen easily. Looking at ATS Triumph for investment, but the pricing (₹2.88-4.21 Cr) seems pretty steep now that it's completed. My main concern is the actual rental yield. Kya ₹2.88 Cr lagake 2-3% se zyada ROI milta hai? Online numbers always look good, but real ground reality kya hai? Aur resale market mein kitni liquidity hai? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyer mil jayega easily ya stuck ho jayenge? Heard some completed projects struggle with investor-to-end-user ratio. Not sure if ATS has that issue. Need solid advice on this, especially since I'll need a property manager and someone with a power of attorney. Change my mind, but I feel like the capital appreciation potential post-completion isn't that great anymore. Disagree? Tell me why.
Moved into ATS Triumph six months ago, expecting a peaceful life after kids moved out. But yaar, ye maintenance charges ka bilkul samajh nahi aa raha. Brochure mein jo figures the, woh toh kuch aur hi the. Ab monthly bill dekh ke dimaag kharab ho jaata hai. Itna paisa deke bhi amenities ka proper upkeep nahi hai. Anyone else facing this issue? What did you do?
