Cosmos Shivalik Homes, Greater Noida — amenities ka real scene kya hai? I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Completed project hai, toh possession ka tension nahi. But gym, pool jaise amenities kitne useful hain daily life mein? Kya log actual mein use karte hain? Maintenance charges bhi bata do.
Visited SVS Wellington 2 and Cosmos Shivalik Homes this Saturday. We need a 3BHK for the kids, and my wife's priority is a safe, family-friendly society. SVS felt a bit more lived-in, but Cosmos had better amenities for children. What's the real society vibe and actual usage of amenities like in both projects? Which would you pick for a young family?
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 121, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Already have a home loan, so har extra paisa matters. Airwil Smart Ville aur Cosmos Shivalik Homes dekh raha hoon. Airwil ka price point kaafi upar hai. Kya Airwil mein amenities utni use hoti hain jitna price justify karta hai? Metro connectivity wise, which one feels better for daily commute to Sector 62? Cosmos thoda andar lagta hai. 5-year appreciation ke liye which one seems a better bet? Is Airwil ka premium worth it for future ROI?
Calculated my portfolio's CAGR, aur ab Cosmos Shivalik Homes pe doubt ho raha hai. Iska capital appreciation expected se slow hai. Resale market mein liquidity issue lag raha, too many investors. Ghost society risk hai kya? Change my mind.
Noida mein Sunshine Helios aur Cosmos Shivalik Homes, both are completed projects. Helios looks fancy, but those PLC charges are insane! Has anyone actually paid the advertised rate or is it always much higher? I'm thinking Shivalik might be a better deal overall, even if it's not as 'premium'. Carpet area efficiency is important to me. Which one gives more usable space, realistically? Also, resale market mein, which one moves faster? Investment ke liye puch raha hu, not for personal use. Should I just stick to something smaller and more affordable? Need some opinions before I commit. Honestly not sure which way to go. Kya scene hai?
Okay I'll be honest — I'm super confused between Cosmos Shivalik Homes and PKS Town Central. Shivalik is cheaper, but *ready* bhi hai kya? PKS is ready to move, which is a plus, but is it worth the extra cost? Heard registry mein issues aa rahe hain in some societies. Also, carpet area efficiency matters a lot. Which one gives more actual usable space? My parents keep saying location is everything. Koi advice do yaar? Need help deciding! Any opinions?
Okay I'll be honest — I'm trying to decide between Cosmos Shivalik Homes and Purvanchal Silver City. Shivalik Homes looks cheaper per sqft. But is it *really* cheaper after adding everything up? And does Silver City have better resale? Which one would you pick?
**Ready to move** is a must for me. RN Elite Apartment or Cosmos Shivalik Homes, which is better *actually*? I'm fed up of renting yaar. Koi batao, resale value kiski achi hai?
Looking at Vihaan 107 and Cosmos Shivalik Homes. Ready to move is key, so that's a plus for both. From my experience, carpet area efficiency matters more than advertised rates. Anyone compared the actual usable space in these two? Also, resale value after 5 years – which has better potential?
