Just watched a video on DLF Privana. They detailed the South, West, and North phases. North sounds wild with those 4000 sq ft units and 50-storey towers, plus 12 ft decks. But yaar, the pricing seems super premium, especially for the higher density areas mentioned. Payment plan bhi CLP hai. Not sure if it's really worth it given the Gurugram location and what they're offering. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai yeh value for money hai, ya DLF Privana thoda overpriced hai?

Matlab, do people even use them daily, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Investor perspective se, high maintenance charges resale value ya rental income ko affect karte hain kya? ₹20,000 rent for 5 years, I'm done. Okay, I'll say it: Mohali projects like DLF Privana often have poor construction quality after a year. Clubhouses are ghost facilities, maintenance a rip-off. Change my mind.
