Mohali mein high-end projects ke maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa, maybe even DLF Privana. Builders bade-bade amenities dikhate hain, but baad mein maintenance itna high ho jaata hai. Is the premium for these amenities like a fancy clubhouse actually justified for the long run? Matlab, do people even use them daily, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Investor perspective se, high maintenance charges resale value ya rental income ko affect karte hain kya? Ya fir tenants attract karne mein help karte hain? Already have a home loan, so har extra cost matter karta hai. Any experiences with Mohali projects' maintenance vs actual service quality?
₹20,000 rent for 5 years, I'm done. Okay, I'll say it: Mohali projects like DLF Privana often have poor construction quality after a year. Clubhouses are ghost facilities, maintenance a rip-off. Change my mind.
