EMI vs rent math is finally making sense for me, fed up of renting now. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya hai, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Emaar Gurgaon Greens, it’s completed but not sure if it's genuinely good for daily living. On paper, 3BHK looks decent, but carpet area kitna efficient hai? Does it feel spacious ya cramped inside? Noise levels kaise hain, especially from main roads? Aur community ka vibe kaisa hai? Koi rehta hai wahan? Pls share actual experience, I'm really confused.
Honestly, I'm finding it tough to decide on a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK Sector 57, but Emaar Gurgaon Greens looks interesting. Completed project hai, price point around ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK. Investors, kya iska capital appreciation sahi raha hai since launch? Resale market mein kitna liquid hai yeh project? Matlab, 5-7 saal baad easily exit kar paunga kya? Aur rental yield bhi kuch khaas hai kya? Not sure if the premium is justified for long-term investment. Need your gyaan.
₹2.5 Cr for Emaar Gurgaon Greens. I know marketing tricks. But are the amenities actually useful daily? Pool, gym, clubhouse – maintained hain ya sirf naam ke? Is living here genuinely good?
Sohna mein completed projects ka rental yield is a myth for investors, especially for Emaar Gurgaon Greens. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits easily. Brokers quote high numbers for a ₹2 Cr+ property, but what's the actual ground reality for rental income? Kya real rental yield 3% bhi nikalta hai, ya bas paper pe hai? Aur iske resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? I worry about the investor ratio; ghost society ka darr lagta hai, especially since I'll need property management. Change my mind.
