Most high-end project amenities in Mohali feel like marketing gimmicks. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. I'm considering Lykehomes Avenue for investment. Amenities like the clubhouse and green areas... do they really add to resale value or just increase maintenance costs long-term? Honestly, not sure if it justifies the premium pricing. Off the record, is the clubhouse actually used daily ya ghost facility ban jaati hai? What's your experience, especially those who bought there? Does the premium really justify?
₹70 lakh for a 2BHK in Lykehomes Avenue – are we really buying 'amenities' or just a dream? I'm in real estate, but buying for myself in Sohna is different. Everyone hypes 'world-class amenities' during booking, but kitna milta hai real mein? My worry is the promised clubhouse, gym, swimming pool... will they even be half-functional post-possession? Or just showpieces that drain maintenance charges? Dekha hai bahut baar, OC milte hi builder sab bhool jaate hain. For Lykehomes Avenue, I'm especially thinking about the resale value. Will a half-baked amenity package really attract tenants or boost appreciation after 5 years? Or will it just be a drain on my ROI? I'm telling you, most of these 'premium' amenities are just fluff for brochures. Change my mind, Sohna buyers.
My possession was in March for Lykehomes Avenue, and honestly, I'm already pretty jaded. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the amenity promises in Sohna are mostly a joke. Our 'state-of-the-art' clubhouse? Half the equipment is already broken or just never got installed. It's a ghost facility, hardly anyone uses it. What's the point of paying for that in the EMI? And the maintenance charges! They're ridiculously high for what we actually get. The security guards are mostly on their phones, and the 'green areas' are barely maintained. Is this just how it is, or did I pick the wrong project? Change my mind.
₹85 lakh for a 2BHK at Lykehomes Avenue Sohna. Promised amenities vs delivered reality mein kitna farak? High maintenance charges ka ROI investor ke liye worth it hai kya? Honest feedback.
₹1.5 Cr budget for Sohna investment, can't visit myself from Dubai. Lykehomes Avenue mein interested hoon but construction quality ko leke thoda worried hoon. Logon ka experience kaisa raha hai post-possession? Cracks, seepage ya fittings issues kitne common hain? Also, amenities jo promise kiye the, woh actually deliver hue ya bas paper pe hain? As an investor, I'm thinking long-term maintenance aur resale value. Kya property managers wahan pe reliable hain? Any ground reality checks would be super helpful.
My current 2BHK in Sector 57 is getting cramped, and I'm looking at Lykehomes Avenue for an upgrade to a 3BHK. I've been watching this project, and the prices seem to be around ₹90L for a good unit, but I'm honestly not sure if it's justified from an investment POV. What's the real capital appreciation like here? Has anyone seen good movement since its launch, or is it mostly flat? I'm trying to gauge if there's enough upside left for a decent ROI. Also, for those who might have rented out units there, what's the actual rental yield people are getting? I'm thinking about the long-term wealth creation, so rental income matters. The builder, Lykehomes, I don't know much about their delivery track record. Are they generally on time, or should I be worried about delays? Any insights on their past projects would be super helpful.
