Paramount Luxury Floors Sector 57 looks good, but I'm really worried about actual ROI. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. Builder ka track record on delivery for their other projects kaisa hai? RERA status clear hai na, koi hidden issues toh nahi? For 2 Cr+ properties, carpet area ratio sahi milta hai kya? Yaar, is the price jump worth it for investment, given my existing home loan? Kya expect kar sakte hain rental yield?
My rent hiked 15% again this year, fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge, looking at Paramount Luxury Floors Sector 57. Brochure mein toh amenities world-class lagti hain, but real life mein kitna difference hota hai? Has anyone bought here? Jo promised amenities thi, woh possession ke time tak actually deliver hui ya bas brochure mein reh gayi? Especially the clubhouse, parking, aur green areas. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lagte hain, is it worth it for the actual service quality? EMI vs rent math abhi bhi chal raha hai mind mein.

Promised amenities, especially the indoor sports complex, feels like a ghost town – not sure if anyone actually uses it. Maintenance charges are high, but the daily service quality isn't matching up. Doesn't this affect future resale value and tenant attraction? Kya sab projects ka yahi haal hai?
