Sector 128, Sector 128, Noida
After the kids left, I'm considering Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens (₹81.58L) in Noida Extension. It's completed. For empty nesters, is daily living genuinely good there? What's the society vibe like? Any idea on actual maintenance charges and hospital proximity? Need honest opinions.
Did a site visit to Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens last Saturday. Everyone talks about the 'completed project' advantage, but honestly, I'm not seeing the capital appreciation since launch. Kya resale market active hai for this project? Fed up of renting, but EMI vs potential rental yield ka math samajh nahi aa raha. Feels like the price is already maxed out for investors. Change my mind.
Divine Lotus Greens is ready to move toh hai, but it's costing almost double of Uniworld Gardens. Is it worth paying so much extra for ready possession? I'm thinking of buying for investment, not living. So, rental potential wise, which one makes more sense? Uniworld mein price appreciation bhi toh ho sakta hai. Carpet area wise bhi kuch farak hai kya? Honestly not sure which way to go. Any advice?
Golf Valley is ready, but Divine Lotus looks nicer. Honestly, not sure about the resale value of either. Which has better amenities that people actually use?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading. Has anyone compared Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens with UCHDL Trucia? I'm seeing a big price difference. Is the price jump worth it? Raghunandan is ready to move, which is a plus, but UCHDL seems more premium. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a factor. Kya kisi ko pata hai which has better rental potential? I mean, which one would attract more tenants and command higher rent? Also, UCHDL's carpet area efficiency – is it significantly better to justify the cost? Honestly not sure which way to go. Should I prioritize ready possession or potential appreciation? Any advice?
Hey guys, I'm considering buying a ready-to-move flat in Noida. I've shortlisted ACE Parkway and Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens. ACE Parkway is pricier, but what about construction quality? Has anyone experienced any issues? Also, Divine Lotus Greens seems more affordable, but is the ROI good? Which one is better for investment, considering rental potential and resale value? What do you think?
Guys, Godrej Palm Retreat 2 and Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens - which one is better for investment in Noida? Godrej is expensive, but Raghunandan is ready-to-move. Kya kisi ko Godrej Palm Retreat 2 ka possession timeline pata hai? What about ROI potential for both? Mujhe advice chahiye!
Divine Lotus Greens ready to move hai, but RBS Florence completed hai. Location wise, kaunsa better hai? Kya kisi ko pata hai about construction quality differences? Investment ke liye which one would you recommend? I'm confused!
Guys, I'm confused between Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens and CPA Homes in Noida. Divine Lotus Greens is around 81 lakhs, while CPA Homes is much cheaper, like 24-40 lakhs. Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? Which one has better amenities, like swimming pool and gym? I'm looking for ready-to-move options only. Also, what's the rental potential for both projects? Which one would give better ROI if I plan to rent it out later? Divine Lotus Greens location is good but CPA homes is more affordable. Any suggestions on which one to choose? Mujhe advice chahiye!
RBS Florence Apartments ya Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens, kaunsa better hai for investment? Divine Lotus Greens toh ready-to-move hai. What about appreciation potential? Kya kisi ne dono projects mein invest kiya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye.
