India's First Real Estate Community

Raj Anant — builder ne brochure mein jo carpet area dikhaya tha, actual mein itna efficient nahi lagta, yaani. Aur possession ke time pe itne hidden charges lag gaye, like some 'infrastructure fee' jo pehle kabhi discuss nahi hui thi. I'm already stretching for the ₹2.10 Cr, aur ab monthly maintenance bhi ₹18 per sqft sun raha hoon. My parents said to check total cost, but I had no idea it'd be this much more. Did anyone else face these unexpected costs or feel the carpet area was misleading?
Okay, I'll be honest — Raj Anant looks good online but I'm worried about the ground reality for a family. Raj Anant ke amenities, especially kids' play area ya pool, actual mein kaise hain? My wife is particular about community feel aur security. Near by schools ka kya scene hai? Kids ke liye safe hai kya society?
Since last year I've been actively looking to buy instead of just throwing money on rent. Raj Anant (completed project) seems interesting, price range ₹2.10 Cr–₹2.40 Cr. Matlab, iska capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Not sure if it's already peaked. Aur Gurugram mein rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Kya log easily resale kar paate hain yahan? Thoda darr lagta hai ki later exit karna mushkil na ho.
The completed tag on Raj Anant makes me really wonder about its actual living experience. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, and that ₹2.10 Cr price tag feels like a huge jump. Is the premium genuinely justified for daily living? Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? I'm also curious about the neighbourhood quality – schools, markets... is it a friendly community or a bit isolated? Any real resident experiences would be super helpful before I dive in. Already have a home loan so want to make sure it's worth it.
