SBR ka delivery track record kaisa hai, time pe dete hain kya? Concerned about it becoming a ghost society if investor ratio is high. Can't visit, so need ground truth on legal clarity and potential for good ROI.
Big homes are just maintenance headaches after kids leave. SBR Keerthi looks okay for us empty nesters, but amenities ka kya? Pool aur gym toh dikhte hain, par actually usable kitne hain?
