Visited Signature Global City 81 Phase 2 last weekend. Construction pace for 2025 possession seems slow. I'm worried about delays impacting capital appreciation. Signature Global's Sohna track record isn't perfect. Is anyone seeing real progress on Phase 2, or should investors expect a long wait?
My lease ends in 6 months, and I'm really trying to finalise a home in Sohna. Signature Global City 81 Phase 2 looks promising, budget mein bhi fit ho raha hai. But honestly, I'm a first-time buyer, thoda nervous hoon about the actual project delivery. Jo builder promises karte hain, woh deliver bhi hota hai kya? Specifically, Signature Global ka possession experience kaisa raha hai? Kya jo carpet area documents mein hai, woh actual mein exactly milta hai ya kuch adjustment hota hai? My parents keep saying builders always cut corners. Once people moved in, society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Are amenities functional, yaar? Yeh sab papers pe toh achha lagta hai, but actual living experience kaisa hai? Any residents or recent buyers can share their honest feedback? I just want a genuine home, not just a good brochure.
Maintenance costs for my new place in Sector 62 are killing me, just moved in last month. Ab Sohna mein ek aur property dekh raha hoon family ke liye. Palm Floor Versalia completed hai, but Signature Global City 81 Phase 2 abhi under-construction hai. Completed ka peace of mind sahi hai, but Signature Global ka price point ₹78L se ₹1.35 Cr tak, thoda appealing lag raha. Kya Signature Global ke possession mein delays ka risk hai? Builder ka track record kaisa hai Sohna mein? Aur carpet area efficiency... matlab, Palm Floor Versalia mein jo usable space milta hai, woh Signature Global mein bhi milega kya? Floor plans dekh ke lagta hai kuch space waste ho jata hai. Kisi ne dono projects visit kiye hain?
Not proud of this, but I almost believed all the fancy brochure pictures for Signature Global City 81 Phase 2. We booked a 3BHK for our growing family, thinking kids ke liye amenities sahi milenge. But ab lag raha hai, promised swimming pool aur play area sirf dikhane ke liye hain. Daily noise levels bhi kaafi hain. School commute jo brochure mein easy lag raha tha, woh bhi tough hai. Is it just me, ya aur logon ko bhi laga ki amenities aur daily life quality mein bahut farak hai? Kya karein ab?
The Sohna market feels like a calculated gamble. I'm comparing Godrej Vrikshya and Signature Global City 81 Phase 2. Which offers better 5-year appreciation? Is Godrej's price per sqft justified for an investor?
