Just moved into Sk Shri Shyam last month. The security systems feel a bit basic. CCTV coverage seems spotty, and visitor management is often lax. Does anyone else feel this, or is it just our block?
₹35,000 rent per month for 6 years is just too much, fed up of that money going nowhere. I'm finally taking the plunge into New Delhi real estate, looking for something investor-friendly. Sk Shri Shyam Apartment was on my list, seemed decent on paper. But honestly, I'm stuck on the actual value of amenities. Those 'green areas' and 'landscaping' often look great in brochures but turn out to be tiny, unusable patches. Does anyone think these cramped spaces genuinely attract higher-paying tenants or add resale value? Or is it just a checklist item that inflates prices? Same with security systems — are the CCTV and visitor management actually robust, or just for show? Not sure if these amenities truly justify the premium or just mean higher maintenance charges later on.
The actual utility of 'premium' amenities often feels like a marketing gimmick. As an investor, do these really boost resale or tenant appeal long-term? For Sk Shri Shyam Apartment, they promise a great clubhouse. How often is it actually used? What about security systems – are CCTVs and guard quality genuinely good after a year, or just initial show? I've seen clubs become ghost towns. Is this common in New Delhi?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats. Sk Shri Shyam Apartment mein maintenance charges bahut high lag rahe hain. Clubhouse daily use hota hai ya bas showpiece? Is it value for money, yaar? Confused hoon.
Sk Shri Shyam Apartment — everyone glorifies the fancy amenities, but honestly, are they even worth it for an investor? I'm based in Dubai, can't do site visits to check if the clubhouse is actually busy or just a ghost facility. Builder brochure mein toh sab kuch 'world-class' lagta hai. But rental market mein, tenants really care about a sparkling pool or good construction jo seepage na de? High maintenance charges for these premium amenities, but is it value for money when half the stuff is broken or unused? Does this actually add to resale value or just drain my ROI? Disagree? Tell me why.
Visited Sk Shri Shyam Apartment in New Delhi last Saturday. Brochures always look great, but real-world delivery? I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. That premium for 'luxury amenities' is big, not sure if it's worth it. They show 'state-of-the-art clubhouse' and 'lush green landscapes'. But kitna use hota hai ye sab? Maintenance charges bhi toh lagti hain. Is the service quality good for the charges, ya sirf bill badhega? Promised amenities often don't even work. Jin logon ne yahan possession liya hai, please share experiences. Promised vs delivered? Is the price jump justified, ya sirf EMI badhegi? Confused.
New Delhi mein property lena, yaar, it's a headache sometimes. Just moved into Sk Shri Shyam Apartment a few months back. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, bilkul waise nahi hain. Construction quality bhi... I'm already seeing small cracks aur fittings ka issue. Investor ke liye toh resale value aur rental income ka tension hai. Maintenance charges toh pure lete hain, but service average hi hai. Kya ye sab common hai ya sirf mere sath hua? Koi experience share karega?
