Honestly not sure why people are so hyped about Supertech Renesa. It's still under construction. Rajat Vihar, on the other hand, is ready to move in. Possession matters. Everyone talks about future appreciation, but what if Supertech delays? I've heard stories. Plus, Rajat Vihar's resale market is already established. You know what you're getting. And let's talk carpet area. I'm betting Rajat Vihar gives you way more usable space for the same price. Supertech's 'attractive' price? Probably includes all kinds of hidden costs and PLC charges. Show me the OC, Supertech! Disagree? Tell me why Renesa is worth the risk.
Has anyone actually compared the carpet area efficiency between Supertech Renesa and Metropark Shaurya Apartments? I'm seeing wildly different numbers quoted online. Renesa is upcoming, so it's hard to verify. Metropark is ready, so easy to measure, but is it actually spacious? I’m thinking that even if Renesa's price/sqft is lower, the usable area might be much less. Plus, Metropark has OC, so no possession risk. But is it worth paying extra for that peace of mind? I’ve seen builders promise the moon with carpet area, phir baad mein kuch aur hi nikalta hai. What's your experience? Any insights from those who've visited both? Need real user opinions, not just marketing brochures. Thinking of buying in Noida, but confused. Koi tips? Hope someone can guide.
Currently in a 2BHK. Supertech Renesa's PLC charges seem high. Soni Hardik Tower is ready, but carpet area is less. Is Renesa's potential ROI worth the under-construction risk? Thoughts?
I'm based in Dubai and planning to invest in Noida. Can't really visit for site inspections, relying on you guys. Was looking at Ajnara Daffodil, seems like a good location, ready to move bhi hai. But the price...holy moly! Then I saw Supertech Renesa, cheaper, but under construction. Is it worth the risk? Heard Supertech kaafi delayed projects hain. I need rental income, so possession is important. What's the real carpet area efficiency in Daffodil? Brochure mein toh sab sahi dikhata hai. Also, need a property manager recommendation later on. Power of attorney ka scene kya hai? Any thoughts on which one would give better ROI in 5 years? Honestly not sure which way to go. Any advice?
Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house. Looking at smaller flats in Noida now. Shivkala Apartment and Supertech Renesa are on my list. Honestly not sure which one's better for older people. Heard Supertech projects can be risky with possession delays – anyone faced that? Shivkala looks safer, but is it worth the price? I'm also thinking about resale value later on. Which one would be easier to sell if I ever need to? Also, hospital proximity is important. Does anyone know which society is closer to a good hospital? Maintenance charges bhi matter karte hain. Koi idea hai which is more reasonable? Hope someone can give some insight.
Supertech Neerajanil is under construction, so price per sqft is tempting, but Renesa is ready to move. Carpet area efficiency wise, Renesa seems slightly better from my visits. Honestly not sure about Supertech's delivery timelines after hearing so much about delays, though. Neerajanil brochure looks great, but amenities actually use karne layak hai kya? Which one would you pick for a family moving in now? Vote!
Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at options in Noida. Honestly not sure about under-construction projects though. Dridha Homes is quoting ₹30-45L which sounds good, but OC kab tak milega? Supertech Renesa ka toh naam hi suna hai, should I even consider it? Carpet area efficiency bhi ek issue hai. EMI vs rent math isn't making sense if I'm paying rent + EMI for years waiting for possession. Log bolte hai ki under construction mein appreciation zyada hota hai. Is it worth the risk though? Any experiences, recommendations? Which one has better metro connectivity?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck deciding between Dridha Homes and Supertech Renesa in Noida. Honestly not sure which is the better bet. I know Supertech has had issues with delays in the past, which makes me nervous. Dridha Homes is ongoing, but the price point of ₹30-45L is tempting. Is it worth the risk though? Anyone have experience with either? Which one gives you more usable space? I'm also thinking about resale value down the line. Which one would be easier to sell if I need to move in a few years? My parents keep saying to go with a builder with a solid track record. Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Any advice?
Honestly not sure which is better. Amrapali Silicon City looks good, but Supertech Renesa is cheaper. Is the price difference worth it? Builder reputation is key, right?
Honestly, the PLC charges at Sunworld Arista feel like a total scam. Supertech Renesa looked cheaper initially, but I'm worried about their construction delays. Is it worth the risk to save some money? What's everyone's experience?
