Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Noida Extension. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a different ball game, honestly. Evermark Provica Dream Valley mein site visit kiya, construction chal raha hai, but possession ka kya scene hai? Builders ka track record pata hai mujhe, delays bahut hote hain. Trinity Trio upcoming hai, price theek hai, but ghost society ka darr lagta hai. Investor ratio bahut high na ho jaaye. Evermark mein builder ka trust factor kaisa hai, ya Trinity Trio mein future delays ka risk kitna hai? Koi inside info hai kya?
₹40 lakh ke aas paas Trinity Trio dekh raha hoon. Currently 2BHK mein hoon, upgrade karna hai. Kya yahan ki daily livability aur nearby schools sahi hain? Samajh nahi aa raha itna total-cost worth it hai ya nahi.
₹35 lakh for Trinity Trio looks appealing, but I'm honestly confused about upcoming projects. Builder ne bola 3 saal mein possession, but unka track record kaisa hai? Pura capital block ho jayega aur delivery delay ho gayi toh ROI ka kya hoga? Market mein capital appreciation ka scene kya hai for pre-launch projects like this? Not sure if it's worth the risk for long-term wealth creation. Koi previous buyer hai kya jo builder ke delivery timelines pe bata sake? RERA compliance toh dikh rahi hai, but ground reality kya hai?
Trinity Trio in Noida Extension – I'm considering this for a bigger 3BHK for my growing family. Price looks competitive for an upcoming project. But are the amenities really going to be usable? My wife's priority is actual quality and enough open space for children. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper?
Noida Extension – everyone's hyping Trinity Trio for investment, but I'm honestly skeptical. Okay, I'll say what no one wants to admit: the investor-to-end-user ratio here feels off. How much capital appreciation can we really expect if it turns into a ghost society? I don't see the long-term rental yield holding up either. Who's gonna buy from me in 5 years if everyone's just trying to exit? The resale market needs actual demand, not just other investors. Change my mind.
Noida Extension — we just moved into Trinity Trio a couple months back, possession was in March. We went for a 2BHK, thinking the price was great, but honestly, the apartment layout feels a bit cramped for daily living, especially the living area. Is anyone else finding this with their unit? Also, I'm curious about the society vibe; it feels a bit quiet right now. Not sure if it's just new or if people aren't really interacting much. What are your thoughts on the neighbourhood's schools and local markets?
₹38 lakh for Trinity Trio's 2BHK. It's upcoming, but will daily life actually be good? Are neighbourhood schools and hospitals truly nearby? I'm worried about amenity reality versus brochure photos.
Fed up of renting for years, I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at Trinity Trio in Noida Extension. Budget around ₹35-48L. Everyone glorifies Noida Ext for investment, but Trinity Trio being an upcoming project, I'm skeptical. Is the capital appreciation really there for a project like this, ya sirf hype hai? My main worry is the investor ratio. Agar zyada investors honge, toh kya yeh ghost society ban jayegi? End-users kam honge toh future rental yield aur resale value pe impact hoga na? Builder ka delivery track record bhi check karna hai. Honestly, I think many upcoming projects become investor-heavy and don't appreciate well. Disagree? Tell me why.
