Visited Unitech Espace Premiere last week. Green areas aur open space kaafi kam lage. Photos mein toh bade dikhte hain, but reality kya hai? Clubhouse bhi bas naam ka hai kya, actual mein use hota hai? Investor ke liye kya ye amenities resale value badhate hain, ya bas marketing hype? Parking ka scene kya hai?
Unitech Espace Premiere mein maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Builder ki marketing mein amenities toh bahot dikhate hain, like the big clubhouse and sports facilities. But actually, unka upkeep kaisa rehta hai? I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I need real ground truth. Is the service quality worth the monthly charges, ya bas naam ke liye hain? Sometimes these fancy amenities just become a ghost facility, nobody uses it. As an investor, I'm really worried about long-term costs.
